What does Manual Claim Required mean against an offer?

With some merchants, their tracking systems do not enable us to automatically identify which of our members generated a specific transaction. In order to ensure that the cashback gets allocated to you, you should submit a manual claim after you have completed all the conditions of the cashback offer.
